Jun 22,2018Cannot fault the service from this company. Ordered OutBack Ranger 3 Gas BBQ which was priced around £100 cheaper than any retailer in my area. Delivered a couple of days later and kept informed of estimated time. Was a bit confused as stated larger items would be delivered on a pallet, so wrongly assumed the BBQ was coming assembled. It was on a pallet but came packed in a box that was large, but easily carried by 2 strongish people. Went together easily though!

Jun 20,2018Outback Excel Onyx 2-Burner Gas Trolley BBQ with Side Burner. The Outback BBQ that i purchased was delivered promptly. The internet purchase experience was excellent, giving me the opportunity to purchase all the accessories that I wanted. My overall opinion is that its excellent value for money. However there are issues with this product that stop me from giving it more stars. i kinda wanted to give 3.5 stars. Couldn't give it 4. The side burner isn't sitting level. I can see that the saucepan will slide off this. A potential safety hazard. The legs have to be pushed onto the frame and its incredibly tight. i had to whack them with a rubber hammer really hard. The other issue is the shelf underneath which holds everything together. On one side, its attached by nuts and bolts... perfect. On the other side its fastened by two small self tap screws into soft plastic. Didn't stand a chance. They easily ripped out. I had to use a much bigger screw and silicone or the bbq would have been unstable. Now that its built, I love it. The added extra cloth cover is excellent quality. Some people have complained that its not to the floor but I prefer that. I'd rather it off the floor, less insects, slugs etc to climb up it. I read that they are shipped from China and that would explain the inconsistent build quality. Would I recommend it? Absolutely!

Jun 16,2018My Outback Magnum 3 BBQ arrived on time in a large and heavy box which the delivered transferred to my garage as requested. My son-in-law helped me to build it - it does need at least 2 people - my son-in-law did the heavy stuff!! Compared to my previous 3 burner BBQ, this is a much better quality product. The cooking grids are more substantial and the porcelain coating they have (on the warming grid too) looks to be really good. The lava rocks are a useful inclusion and cleaning up afterwards following the guidance provided was straightforward. I can see this product lasting for many years. I also ordered the cover for it and this too is of excellent quality (rain water beads on it just like when I've polished my car) fits like a glove and will not provide a source of bedding for birds who ransacked my previous cover. I am really pleased with my purchase.
