Jun 15,2018Excellent BBQ. Easy to put together but as it says in the instructions it needs 2 people. Delivery was as promised and very good price for a quality BBQ. Definitely recommended direct from Outback. To help purchasers we decided to have the smaller calor gas bottle which is still going strong after a N0 of BBQs so no need for the larger bottle.

Jun 15,2018Not too difficult to assemble but the wheels and axel are ill fitting and quite unsuitable for such an expensive bar-b-que. The whole unit is spoilt by this and the absence of a few spare screws.

Jun 15,2018An important part was missing when I opened the box. I’m still waiting 3 weeks later for this to be delivered. My BBQ is currently part built and useless in my shed. Every time I phoned to check on the part I was told we’ll check and call you back on all 4 occasions they didn’t call back. On my most recent attempt I was informed, rather testily, that they’re not responsible for sending the part and that it’s Outbacks fault. It would appear outback.co.uk isn’t Outback, obviously !!! Hopefully I’ll get the part before the winter kicks in but I won’t hold my breath.

Jun 15,2018Part missing on delivery. Rang customer services who said they would send it out to me. Nothing arrived. Had to chase twice more before receiving the part. The BBQ works well apart from a constant 'popping' noise when lit regardless of whether you have 1 burner on or 2 and if you have the gas set at high or low. Have spoken to customer services who cannot offer a solution. Not sure what plan B is now!!
