Jul 28,2017Takes a bit of time to assemble but I knew that before I bought it. The manual is well laid out.Everything went together very well and I was impressed with the quality of the components and the overall product. The packaging of the nuts and bolts is novel and it is easy to find the right one. I have now had about 6 BBQs and I am very happy with how it performs. It is much easier to clean than my old one. Love the slide out drip tray and the lava rocks. I bought the red one and it looks great. Good value too! Would recommend to everyone.

Jul 27,2017Perfect ! Quality of BBQ is excellent. Most impressed, even the assembly screws are divided up into sections and clearly labelled. So when it says M6X20 (or whatever it said) , it's clear. Took a cautious 2-3 hours to assemble but the quality shines through. Occasionally I wondered why it should be done a certain way but it became clear later. Read, and more importantly, follow the instructions !

Jul 27,2017Sturdy, robust, well manufactured BBQ and easy to assemble with easy to understand instructions....I am getting used to the gas settings and oven temperatures and I am very happy with the results already. Would suggest the well made cover is a must for all buyers.

Sep 02,2013The picture had a hood and a tray for an advertised £40 saving £10. What did I get? 3 hoods that retail at only £12.50. A real fuss to get sorted, still not entirely sure which company I purchased from. That said a refund was provided and the idea of me waiting in all day for a courier pickup of excess items was scrapped after extended discussions. Would I use again? Not a chance. Not malicious but certainly not organised or trustworthy.

Free tools and cover supplied. Same product, with side table is a Which? best buy. Even better value and more manouverable in this version if you already have adequate outdoor table space.

Jan 05,2013Great quality BBQ, replaced an old Outback Omega 200 which simply was not in the same class. This BBQ has a robust construction and the sandpit works better and cleaner than the old coals ever did. Looking forward to summer - fingers crossed it's better than last year!

Jan 04,2013I bought this BBQ/Smoker with one eye on the British weather and the other on my missus, who likes to have a pop at me over my outdoor cooking because of all the preparation and cleaning up afterwards. Even she was surprised at how easy this model is to set up and use, and how easy and versatile it is to cook on. Best of all it is easy to strip down and clean and fits nicely in a corner of our garage when not in use. I would recommend this model to friends and family, especially if you are short of space or worried about the weather spoiling your BBQ. Well constructed, easy to set up and use, excellent value for money.

Jan 02,2013We purchased the BBQ as a gift for my parents. We opened the package up to build the BBQ before we arrived at my parents. Unfortunately the BBQ was in a very bad state. The fixings were either broken or bent and could not be used. It looked like a display model and was just thrown in the box and shipped.

Jan 01,2013The BBQ is brilliant, but delivery was by one man who wanted my wife to assist with the delivery into our house. As the BBQ is quite heavy this was impossible for my wife to carry and the delivery man had to ask a workman in the street to assist. Perhaps the website should have a warning that a man should be available at the deliver address to help carry the BBQ into the delivery address.
