Took out Life Insurance after discovering Beagle Street from a Compare the Market quote but I wasn’t super clear on everything online so gave Beagle Street a call. Mateo assisted and he was fantastic. He was so helpful and informative, very patient with me and sounded like an agent who genuinely enjoys providing assistance. More customer services teams could do with agents that are this polite and good at their job!

Great experience buying Level term Life insurance policy online with competitive prices compared to some other providers; Easier to make changes online and so far the process seemed seamless; Yet to make a claim which hopefully never happens.

Set up a policy a few months ago, had a call today from Abdul (I think?!) to see if I was happy with the policy and had any questions etc. advised me of an extended policy for a small extra price. This was talked through easily and I was happy to proceed.
I spoke with Abu who was incredibly helpful. He gave me all the necessary information for me to decide on which type of policy and all the services included.

Update 2 days later: After original feedback, I was contacted by Beagle Street customer champion Chrissy and the problem has been resolved promptly. Thank you for this - made me feel heard and I appreciate such a speedy action. Original feedback: Booking process simple but very misleading. I bought an insurance and selected I want my first DD to be from 5.12. After I accepted the quote, I got an email about policy details and that my policy starts immediately with first payment on 22.11 and then 5.12 (every 5th going forward). I am hearing impaired, so I sent an email to customer service that I would this to be change as I am covered through different provider this month and I don't want to pay £90 I didn't account for. I got reply that " sorry, we can't change it" . That's it!!! I was very dissapointed by this respond. I didn't want to cancel the policy completely but at the same time, I was hoping to rectify extra £90 payment :(
