Oct 16,2023Quick & easy to open a policy I opened a policy just after my 30th. Website is easy to use & very straightforward on policy information. I noticed an issue with my personal details, but spoke to Chrissy who was helpful & super-friendly; also offering information on other products within my policy which I found useful I.e will-writing, creating a trust. So far, happy with the service

Oct 06,2023I'm really happy i spent 49mins this evening talking to Abdul my Hero!! who was very patient in answering my questions & amending my application multiple times before finally getting my policy approved with additional extras at a low cost budget that i was more than happy with. He even spent an extra 30mins of his own time after his shift finished to make sure i was happy & covered. What a Legend!! Now thats what i call good customer service :)
