Nov 16,2022Takes so long to fill in all the questions that their website signs you out a few times because your session expires, and when it's finally done they just refuse you. Why? Because you had an infection a few years ago? Nothing more serious than that is on the form, I'm a healthy BMI, never smoked etc. - but all they do is waste an hour of your time and then tell you to get lost.

Nov 15,2022The telephone service is excellent! The long waits, the staff know exactly what they’re doing and can help you quickly. The price is great too, being almost the best, but when you look at the reviews of the companies at the top I’d say it’s worth paying a few pence more (and it is literally pence!).
