Dec 18,2021Overall my experience with staff has been great. I prefer to deal with companies, like Beagle Street, where you can get to speak directly with staff. On the three or four occasions I call them, from what I remember, I never had to hold for longer than 5 to 10 minutes.

Completed the majority of the application online, however, could not submit so rang them direct. Customer service and advice throughout was great as was the follow up call to ensure I had the right product for my needs.
