Over the moon with the products I ordered from Bear and Rose. They are beautiful and I can't wait to put them on the table at Christmas. The wrapping is stunning with an added extra 'believe' card and Santa's button inside. What a wonderful addition. Will definitely be ordering again from them..Merry Christmas ❤️

Just received my order of personalised Christmas wooden snowflakes and just wanted to say how beautiful they are. Excellent quality and beautifully engraved. Received my personalised Christmas countdown with Santa. It looks good in the photos on line but is even better in real life. I am a return customer and have always had a good experience from this small business

Really great company, great products and great customer experience. I am a repeat customer and will keep coming back. An example of that customer service, I made a purchase, then spotted another item I liked and ordered that too. Still have not received my order. So cannot comment on your product. Suggest you use another delivery provider as your current one are not up to standard. My oder yas been with your delivery provider for a good few days now but they have failed to deliver trying to rearrange so hopefully I will receive it soon. It was a gift but unfortunately it is now late, so not a happy customer so far.
