Excellent service, and a very nice freebie thrown in that made me very happy - 'Autumn IS MY favourite colour' mini 'roundel'. Lovely gesture. Prompted me to get a photo of the magnificent red maple - that I have sent to Bear and Rose as a 'Thank you' note.

I am always excited to see their new products launch. I particularly love their keepsakes such as their ‘first day at school’ boards and the ‘countdown to Christmas’ calendars.
