On the phone, to Edinburgh Bedlam, I got possibly the warmest and most informative call handler you could ever ask for! Andy for President! Truly handled our 12 people booking in a matter of minutes and even took the time to explain best options and ways to get there. Really happy and content that my booking was handled by such a competent and happy go guy. Excellent customer service, to a T! LT

Jul 16,2018My review The review of the booking process is as all are, nice simple, easy. But, Before the booking when I was deciding if I even want to go paintballing I received about 10 calls from there, to be fair, they were all miss calls as I was working at the time they called, I understand that they want business, but at least give one miss call, and trust the customer to call you back if they do want it. I would write more but my lunch is about to end xD. Looking forward to paintballing though.
