I loved the fact that I was answered immediately by a realperson, no phone options or waiting in a cue. From the start time of the process right through to payment - I was taken through step by step in an easy and non rushed manner.

May 16,2018Good service. Though a bit too keen in so far as inbox flooded with their emails, same with phone messages. At no point was it disclosed to me that they are an agency and not the call centre for a nationwide company with lots of venues. So one ends up paying fees/commission.
