I had Beebu installed yesterday and all went well until tried to connect to a device the WiFi password would not work after many hours trying every variation I gave up. The following day after many emails I chatted to Phil in customer services who changed my password and then lift off and am now fully connected. So far so good it would have been 5 stars if I didn't have to spend so long to get connected but they were great
Such a smooth experience from start to finish. I was kept informed ever step of the way. The Hub was delivered in plenty of time and the engineer was very prompt. He was very friendly and efficient and tidied up after himself. I've definitely noticed a difference with my broadband speed and I'm getting the speed that I opted for. Annie was very helpful and explained things in great detail.
The team at Beebu kept me informed throughout my onboarding and were quick to respond and resolve a few minor teething problems I had. A really nice touch was giving me a call a few days after my install to make sure all the teething problems were resolved and I was happy.
Internet works great and the installation was free and went smoothly. I am very happy with Beebu customer service. I chatted with Annie today for some account issues and she was very patient explaining everything to me very clearly.
The only reason I've left off a star is because I didn't get my service on the day it was due to begin, due to a glitch, otherwise I feel like it would have been flawless. The customer service was great though, I cannot fault that, thank you Annie (and the guy I spoke to the following evening whose name escapes me).
What a fantastic company. Couldn't make an installation date and time. Changed it within a flash. Highly recommend.
The Customer Service Team at Beebu Portsmouth, Annie, Pete and Adam are what make Beebu brilliant. My situation was definitely an abnormal and tiresome one that I'msure caused the guys a lot of stress, but the team managed to get me sorted throughout the process and put up with my constant contact. Not once did I feel like I was ignored or passed along, brilliant is an understatement!
Another company that makes joke of its customers. I had an appointment for installation but no one bothered to show up on the agreed date. The whole day wasted sitting at home and of course no information that no one would show up. Lack of respect for the person. The phone number provided for contact is also a joke.
Just made the move over and an absolute joy to deal with their team, they're available, super friendly and importantly responsive - either by email or phone and action on what they say - great start 🙂
Absolutely flawless switchover from Virgin, kept informed all through the process. Customer service answer the phone promptly. And more importantly I am getting the speeds promised. More than happy with Beebu.
Their customer service is top-notch and easily accessible. You can reach out via email, initiate a new thread on their website portal, call them, chat with them, or even contact them through WhatsApp. I had an issue with an invoice today, and it was resolved in under five minutes. I have nothing but positive things to say so far, and I highly recommend them!

Although there were initial issues with connecting, the service was good. I was sent the hub a bit late but I don't expect instant perfection, just a solid service over time. I am now connected and my download and upload speeds are incredible. Losing one star for the god-awful AI art all over it! It's terrible for the environment, and AI models are trained on copyrighted art, including mine. If you can't get a bespoke design due to cost, at least go for the more affordable stock images!
From the moment I contacted Beebu they have been nothing but brilliant… I live in a place where I was told I couldn’t get line based internet so had to put up with a 4g provider which was ropey at best… but after a conversation with Beebu they gave me a date, installed the line and the service has been amazing… Special mention to Pete who has dealt with my account personally and his customer service is beyond helpful.

Was going to transfer to them but it seemed a bit of a hassle for the date I needed, then they proceeded to ghost call me 10 times in the next couple of days, dropping the call every time I answered!
Can not recommend Beebu enough. MS3 came and connected by Internet exactly on time and done within an hour. The router arrived in the post 2 days later and connected straight away.. Internet with 950+mps straight away. Thank you BeeBu and MS3 for restoring my faith in Internet providers in Hull. 1 slight negative, UPS delayed the delivery of my router.. totally not BeeBu's fault but did delay my connection.. Otherwise flawless from BeeBu and MS3...
Easy to apply, everything is running smoothly as expected, professional and friendly service!

Feb 25,2025Quick instructions fast sign up process. Friendly customer service. A the guys who come out to connect you up are honest an politie. Also the internet is awesome speeds are there a connection is stable. Highly recommended if you’re paying high price to these big company’s out there.
