From speaking with Ben and Allan on my first call and then with Peter today it is clear that delivering excellent customer service is a priority to Beebu. All 3 were really pleasant, efficient, super helpful and nothing was too much trouble. It is exactly the reason I have full confidence in choosing them as my service provider and will recommend to everyone.

Beebu have been amazing helping sort out a record issue with CityFibre, delaying our install. It has taken almost 2 months but with perseverance and determination, they got there in the end, service fully installed and up and running now! Annie in particular has gone above and beyond what is expected, putting up with my moaning and groaning and being the contact point between myself and CityFibre. She has just been AMAZING! Peter, a very very close second who has supported me also during this very frustrating time. He has helped where Annie could not, or was not available. Would I recommend Beebu? 100% yes!

Bad communication with u Give dates they can not deal with Middle people between u and CityFibre And both don't care about you Don't believe any dates that they give and u need to contact them.... They don't communicate with u Very bad service

Just had Beebu installed. From initial contact to installation on the 31st Oct 24. I have been kept informed date with constant updates. I had been with Virgin for 31 years, communication was absolutely abysmal to put it mildly. The customer service is very important to me. And after a couple of weeks researching,Beebu came up on top.

Speedy delivery and service that was incredibly easy set setup and get online and switched over from my current provider. Cheap price for quick internet.

Annie has always been so very helpful every time I’ve had to contact Beebu with a problem. Annie has keeping contact with me and kept me updated until the problem was solved, mainly due to her I might add. All in all a fantastic employee 👏👏

Day before installation I called to query why I had not received my new router, they then tell me it will be months as fibre needs to be ran into building which has now left me without broadband - For a communications company, this is terrible communication. Not a great start and I ask anyone thinking to heed this amateur lot

I didn't have a great start with BeeBu, lots of problems connecting, it took 8 days from the installation. The customer service I received from Pete was excellent. Pete tried every day to sort this out and reassured me Beebu is the best. Thank you so much Pete for your professional work ethic. 🙂

I bought the property only to find that it wasn't possible to get broadband due to a local infrastructure issue. The previous provider to the flat would place an order then completely fail to let me know it had been cancelled. They were impossible to communicate with, and one crazy online chat where I was passed from one department to another only to end up where I started was the last straw. I was lucky enough to find Pete at Beebu who, despite having the same local technical issue would check and phone with an update every couple of weeks as promised. The same contact – every time – it's the future! After three or four such calls he was able to offer a date after which it all unfolded smoothly and I'm pleased with the result. I recommend them without reservation.

Just moved over to Beebu after being with virgin media for years and years . this company is like night and day compared to virgin . communication is 100% and staff are so helpful . i was kept informed every step of the way . already told others about it and they are going to be moving over soon

Outstanding customer service and amazing response time on the phone and whats app. With the Internet is spot on to what you want I have no bad points to say. Every problem Ive had has been sorted with in 20 minutes

Been a great experience from my initial call to order to installation. Extremely fast speed both up and down. This is over ten times quicker than my previous provider and more than half the price.

My previous provider on Openreach was a very poor experience, I couldn’t wait for my contract to be up so I could change provider. I have now had City Fibre installed and the difference is much better and faster. The experience of moving to BeeBu was simple and hassle free. I hope they will be able to maintain these standards as I don’t want to be moving providers all the time

We recently transferred over to Beebu from Plusnet as they offered a more competitive price and better internet speeds. However, there were many teething problems that I hadn't expected. I found that two of our televisions and a printer were incompatible with the new fibre network due to their age, the required the purchase both a new printer and television. Additionally, if you have a roof extension or third floor you will also definitely require an extender - regardless of how super duper your Wifi package is. It just simply does not travel well upstairs. Worth noting as this will add to your overall monthly bill. The big advantage with Beebu is that their customer service is local and can be contacted through their website. This made sorting out some of the difficulties that I experienced a lot more easier than some of the big providers out there. They were very helpful and very patient. It's a relatively new company in the area and I hope as they grow that they are able to maintain the high quality of their customer services.

Amazing !! Had problems with my wifi for a few weeks as it would not connect to my TV or doorbell. The male on the phone (I forgot his name) was so personable and fixed this instantly !! thank you

The customer support from Pete and Annie was absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond ironing out the issues with our broadband switchover. They kept us fully informed and always called back when they promised. The price and performance of Beebu is also amazing and the fact they sponsor my beloved P.F.C is an added bonus !!!
