Carina has excellent service very helpful she is very caring and always happy to help us
Ryan Went in today to sell gold and silver Ryan was awesome Very helpful and professional He was very much in tone with my needs and the company needs Five Stars for sure
Theresa Tricomi does an outstanding job. I have been into the Tacoma branch multiple times for purchases and selling some items as well. Always takes time and informs my of how she comes up with the pricing. Great asset to the company.
We have been to your Tacoma location twice, both times being served by Theresa. She was extremely friendly and, quite honestly, very bubbly! That is not a quality often seen in the service industry. As we talked we discovered we share many coincidences in our lives, which added to our wonderful experience at your store. We also went to sell some silver on 01/27/25, so we doubled our great review for Theresa! Wonderful employee who really made our day!
Carina helped us so much. She poked her finger on one of the items. It wasn't even gold! She was professional and cheerful. Even if she had a bandaid!
Carina was great again! Even though she stuck her poor finger with a hat pin… she trudged through and was professional as always.
Carinas service has always been excellent we will be back
Carina was very helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend !
Theresa was efficient, friendly (and funny!) and made selling my scrap a breeze! I will definitely be back.
Arrived 5 minutes early for 12:45 appointment. Waited 25 minutes before being assisted. Why take appointments when an appointment doesn’t matter? Might as well assign a number upon arrival like you’re at the deli. The staff person was pleasant and helpful.
Bellevue Rare Coins were great with helping me sell my coins. I will continue going there for things I want to sell. All of them are really great too work with.
Warning: Be cautious when dealing with Bellevue Rare Coins, especially the Lynnwood, WA location. Do not blindly trust them, particularly a middle-aged woman with glasses. I went to this place to buy a new coin. She asked me for the coin type and payment method, then informed me they only had 1992 coins. I said that was fine. She then set the coin aside and demanded my signature and payment, despite my repeated requests to see the coin first. She insisted, "Once you sign and pay, then you can see it." Reluctantly, I signed and paid. She handed me the receipt and the coin. When I inspected the coin through the cover, I noticed scratches. I asked her to open it for me, pointing out the scratches. She coldly replied, "It's your coin, do whatever you want with it." When I opened it, the coin indeed had scratches. I requested a different coin, but she refused, saying, "You touched it, so we will not do anything for you." I was shocked by how she manipulated the situation, using these tricks on customers. This is from a company that boasts 'Trust' and 'Best Customer Experience' on their website. I hope the trick she played on me wasn't because of my race. I trust the company hasn't trained them to act that way. Now I'm thinking about how horrible the selling experience must be here. I'm definitely not coming back here.
I brought coins in and the Lady was very nice but did not examine the coins closely. I had a Dollar coin with Eisenhower 1776-1976 on front and the bells on the back. Looking up coin prices they range from $50.00 to $1500. I was given a dollar ,? Now it bugs me if she was honest as advertised.
This place does not appear to value and want to retain a long-term relationship with their customers. I purchased a pair of diamond earrings, only one is GIA. I was told prior to purchasing it, it was the pair by the salesperson. I got the GIA paper a couple days later due to the lead in the store could not find it at the time of purchase. I was really disappointed. When I returned it, they wanted me to give them 25% restocking fee for only having the earrings for 9 days. Their policy is 10 days for any jewelry returns if not satisfied with a restock fee. Their web site did not mention a 25%. I have shopped here several times before, always buying high end pieces.
I took my coin collection in to the Tacoma store for evaluation. They took the time to answer all of my questions and advise me on a few things that I had not even thought to ask about. Great people, very helpful, considerate, and patient.
I will tell you never ever go here these people are horrible and rip u off I have never been more disturbed by such a compony that claims they are good !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They absolutely are a fancy pawnshop that acts as if they know what they are doing Lost multiple dollars here embarrassing amount of money by them more then once! I will never recommend anyone here ever ever again. Completely not at all anything they advertised The ae truly False advertisement period It’s disgusting As for dating my experience its more then 1 date it be this whole time since 2023 to 2024
Better make an appointment and hope for the best. Spend 40 mins waiting today as a walk-in and watched customers leave and come back after 15 mins to be taken to the front of the line as a return - while others are waiting. Not happy
Just want you to know what a pleasure it was to work with Jared Parke today. Very informative and nice. Took the time to explain everything. Thank you very much Jared!
I compare prices, quality, and service - and all point me back to Bellevue Rare Coins for my precious metal purchases. There are no surprises. I always get what I requested and the staff is knowledgeable in helping me find products that meet my requirements. I live out of state now, but that has never been a problem. I feel my purchases are kept very safely until I can pick them up or designate someone else for that purpose.
