Aug 12,2023Connor or his evil twin whatever at the Issaquah store has ALWAYS been very unpleasant to deal with. Their customer service is borderline hostile. I'd buy exclusively online rather than allocating to Bellevue as well except dealing with Celia makes up for the drawback of the brothers.

I had an appointment, was greeted by Connor and advised to put my silver coinage on a counter top while he finished up with his previous customer. After a short wait, my coins were processed expediently. I’ve had a lot of retail experience and easily recognize a well run business. Your Issaquah location fits in that category. Will be back when silver hits $25 oz.

Aug 04,2023While the site and the store had advertisements of in the business of buying comics I instead got a lesson on the risk of buying comics and how much business hours it would take to look through them and even without looking pulled low numbers out of thin air. I set up an appointment in hopes a heads up would help but no, barrelly look at what I had.

Jul 06,2023Came in with a dozen coins to verify whether or not, they were real, and they had me in and out of the store in 15 minutes with confirmation that everything was legitimate. It was great because I was in a hurry, and they have a very knowledgeable staff that was able to confirm rather quickly.

Often there are several customers in the store which I suspect were walk-ins which slowed the process. this time I was in and out of the store in 15 minutes. they are always pleasant and business like. Aug 27,2023Kyle was super helpful and made for a great first-time experience. I rated 4 stars because, though I didn't feel rushed, the Issaquah store was packed. May want to have more sales support on weekends if Sat (26) was any indication.
