Sep 01,2022I sent a check so that I'd not have to come in. Then I had to come in and bring a check because there was a mess-up endorsing the first check. Then I didn't hear anything for a long time. Nobody contacted me proactive during this process. Not once. Terrible service. No transparency. Felt very shady and haphazard.

Very impersonal and rude. Completely felt taken advantage of. Decided not to sell big ticket items because of secretive rude behavior

They patiently answered all my questions and when it was time to place my order they were very nice and thorough. They provided excellent updates on my order status via email, which was appreciated. When my order was ready for pick up, I received a personal call. I would absolutely use them again in the future to purchase more coins.

Taylor was very knowledgeable and patient with us going over prices of a wide variety of items. Felt very comfortable with the whole experience. Will be back with another haul of goods to sell someday.

If we need this type of service again, we would definitely return to Bellevue Rare Coins in Lynnwood. I do advise making an appointment in advance or you may have a long wait to be helped.
