Nov 26,2024I had a really exceptional experience shopping at Benheart working with Laura and Giuliano to purchase a belt and leather jacket. I visited the Benheart in Florence where I meet Laura who made a belt for me while I tried on some jackets. The belt is amazing, truly. She walked me through the entire process, from selecting the leather, to the buckle, the sizing, and then made it right there in the store. It’s awesome. Although I tried on some jackets, I didn’t purchase one. When I got back to the US, I immediately and deeply regretted this. I emailed the store and got in touch with Giuliano who reached out to Laura and figured out which jacket I liked, based on a photo I sent them, answered all of my numerous questions, and then put the order through and shipped it to me. I really appreciated him going above and beyond to make this happen. In addition to the dedicated customer service, the quality of the leather goods at Benheart is really impressive. There is no compromise on the quality of the material, design or execution, which is rare these days. Products like this are hard to find and are at least double the cost anywhere else.

Nov 12,2024Wow, a small purchase yet they personally reach out to you for details, like monogramming. The item came in a store box which in itself is a thing of beauty. I haven't opened it yet as it's a gift and I want to preserve the entire box and let the recipient see the whole thing. Wonderful presentation. Thank You Ben and Staff!

Oct 09,2024What made our experience so good? From the moment you walk in, the smell of the leather, the layout of the store, the arrangement of the shoes, bags, coats, the colors! The staff was professional, available but not overbearing. You were encouraged to try on coats, boots, purses. And then I found my coat, fit like a glove. And then I saw a different coat in an amazing color. And then was told, of course we can do this coat in that color - SOLD! True to their word, I received my coat in the timeframe expected and it is perfect! I look forward to another trip to both Italy and Benheart!

It’s not only shopping for beautifully designed, quality leather works, it’s the experience with Benheart himself, watching him design belts, engaging with the customers, taking photos, giving autographs and even witnessing a latin salsa dancing train with customers throughout the store. Duccio, Lara, Omar and Marco are equally fun, knowledgeable, caring, paying undivided attention to the customer and providing the best customer experience! Just a great experience overall! When they did not have my size in the boot I loved in the store, Benheart called his wife to have a pair hand delivered from another of his locations ! I even went back for additional belts on day 2! They all will be friends for life! Please don’t miss this experience or his beautifully designed leather shoes, belts, jackets and more!

Aug 13,2024The bag is absolutely beautiful but already broke after one day of use. Additionally, the brown leather easily scratches off (white flecks appear). It’s possible I received a defective bag because my husband’s BENHEART loafers are amazing quality and are holding up great!
