Siamo stati fra i primi clienti di questo negozio quando è stato aperto e ci ritorniamo sempre volentieri per nuovi acquisti in quanto Daiga e Francesco sono sempre molto disponibili e ben preparati e ci fanno fare sempre degli ottimi acquisti. Prodotti ottimi e di qualità!! Restiamo sempre molto soddisfatti e quando possiamo torniamo sempre a trovarli da Trento , nonostante abbiamo uno store Benheart più vicino.

Aug 25,2023Negozio Benheart Fi Dal vetro che affaccia in via Calzaiuoli l'originalità di questo negozio mi ha catturato e spinto ad entrare. All'interno mi sono sentito a mio agio nel vedere la diversità degli articoli esposti, tutti in pelle; dagli accessori minimi, alle cinture, alle scarpe, ai capi di abbigliamento, tra cui giubbotti, di questi ultimi, particolari e raffinati, c'è un deciso assortimento. L' aiuto del personale, cortese e disponibile, è stato indispensabile per farmi conoscere, nel dettaglio, l'offerta del negozio, presente - mi dicono - in molte città non solo europee. A Roma, la mia città, i capi analoghi sono più usuali. Quasi da "mercato" Benheart è di tendenza, propositivio. Cristina, che poi mi ha servito, con poche domande ha centrato i miei gusti orientandomi nella migliore scelta. Avrei voluto acquistare di più ma non ero preparato. Ho fatto è mi sono fatto una promessa. La necessità, la vanità, il capriccio difronte a prodotti raffinati e di pregio, sono emozioni che si controllano a fatica. Intanto Cristina gentilissima e professionale nell'aiutarmi nell'acquisto, mi ha indicato l'opportunità di farmi confezionare un giubbotto su misura, come è nello stile del negozio e mi ha fatto capire e vedere come si lavorano manualmente alcuni prodotti in pelle, al punto da essere ulteriormente invogliato per le prossime spese da fare anche come regali alle persone più strette. Complimenti Cristiana per l'attenzione al cliente ! Prima di lasciare il negozio, Cristina in via del tutto confidenziale, facendo la parodia al mio accento romano, mi ha informato, con orgoglio, che il negozio è frequentato anche da noti personaggi dello spettacolo, proprio per la unicità e pregio dei capi in vendita. Un consiglio a chi vuole acquistare e bene con prezzi giusti? "andate a conoscere il negozio BENHEART in via Calzaiuoli Fi"

Aug 23,2023My wife and I visit Italy from Venice to Palermo this summer 2023. In Venice I purchased a pair of Benheart boots RUGGERI H490. The boots are awesome, but Ben is actually an amazing human being. I had some issues with the tax-free company Banheart uses for duty free purchases. After Ben hearing from his manager at the Venice Benheart store about my situation, Ben himself contact me in Miami Florida by phone and spoke with me and within two days my issue was resolve by Ben Heart himself. That is what you call customer service and leadership by example!

Jul 31,2023ho scoperto solo il 2 giugno che il negozio a Roma aveva chiuso. ho fatto l'ordine online scrivendo su IG l'importanza di ricevere il pacco il 7 giugno. Hanno risposto una volta sola ma inviato il pacco il 7 gugno. per me sono stati fantastici...poche parole...tanti fatti

Jul 28,2023This company provided warmth, authenticity and kind hearted answers to any questions we had. not only is the customer service (notably Chiara in Florence) flawless, but the heartfelt reasoning into the aesthetic of Benheart is reason enough to shop there. Clearly Benheart offers all HEART to all that is made and created.

Jul 11,2023I found the Benheart shop in Milano by accident and instantly fall in love with a leather jacket. Unfortunately my size was not on stock and the shop assistant called every other store to check the availability. So he suggested to order the jacket trailer made for me 🤩 Three weeks later my leather jacket arrived and I’m so happy that I finally found a leather jacket! Besides the normal shipping notice, I received a separate mail from the customer support. Great store, great staff and a wonderful jacket

They helped us pick out beautiful items and made us feel at home. We had the best time at the store mostly because of everyone who worked there. thank you guys so much. we are so happy with our beautiful purchases.
