Jul 29,2024First of all I left my bag at his store in Florence, and they found and secured my bag. Came back and they were so welcoming and made me feel like family. He even took a selfie with me. I highly recommend Ben Heart if you want quality handmade craftsmanship. Love love love Ben Heart. Mickey

The product arrived in good time, the size was perfect and the quality FANTASTIC ... I love my new BENHEARTS ... but which of the two pairs I bought do I wear first? ...

Fabio was the kindest and most personable man who has ever helped me purchase anything in my life. We had the honor of meeting Ben himself who was just as fantastic and energetic as his store conveys. We will never forget our time in this shop and will always remember Fabio singing drunk in love while creating a personalized belt. 5 stars is not enough and 4 stars shouldn’t even be an option. Everyone should stop in while in Florence.

May 11,2024All these compliments are absolutely true. I walked intio Benheart Store while browsing in Florence, and I didn't plan on buying anything, I'm a window shopper. However, a belt buckle caught my eye...then the feel and smell of leather. I just had to have that belt. I'm a bit frugal but know that the quality and craftsmanship is worth it. It's Art!!! Whenever I wear my now FAVORITE BELT, I feel like a Million dollar walking piece of Art. Saving the very best for last. Ben was in tbe store, and I got to meet and speak with him. He is truly a friendly and kind soul. Benheart is a Kindheart.
