Feb 22,2020I bought the PtxPro and decided that I wanted to return them and step up to the more expensive black version in the same model. The clubs were not hit and simply removed from the box. I was told I have to pay for shipping them back plus the additional cost of the more expensive model. Most companies will work with you on a request like this to help mitigate the cost. They wouldn't.

Feb 21,2020I recently ordered a number of products directly from the Hogan factory via the online website. This includes a gs53 3 wood, vktr hybrid, a golf bag, 3 equalizer wedges and some accessories. Without exception, the golf equipment arrived promptly and performs with the level of precision that underpins the Hogan brand and reputation. Furthermore, each product I ordered was clearly made with an emphasis on superior quality and sustainability. I also have a set of ft worth irons from the original 2015 launch date. I could not be more satisfied with the suite of product offerings and consider the Hogan business model to be one of the most innovative, cost conscious and quality centric models in the golf industry.

Feb 21,2020I received the demo clubs very shortly after ordering them. It was very easy to request the clubs I wanted, actually I ordered and received 2 clubs of 2 different sets. Returning them was just as easy as the return label was included. Just cleaned the clubs, put them back in the box they came in, and returned the box with the return lable to FEDEX. Just as easy as going to a local golf shop for demo clubs. Actually easier, since you don't normally get 2 weeks to demo from the local golf shops.

Feb 20,2020My new equalizer 56 wedge is absolutely gorgeous so I bought the Driver today and will be getting the 52 and P-4 in the PTX Pro Black in a paycheck or 2 love Hogan's - Don't suppose you would trade in my FTX Irons from 20 years ago that still crush golf balls haha one sexy beast yea man Hogan's are for players with game

I thoroughly appreciated Matt's help in my purchase. I spent 401/2 years in managing customer service and I can honestly say that I would have enjoyed Matt to have been part of my team.
