Used the demo program to give the PTX pros a shot. Absolutely loved them and ordered a set with a 50 degree equalizer wedge. Got them with the midsize grips and a degree up, couldn't be happier. Upgraded from a set of rocketbladez tours that I've always really liked but the Hogans are just on a different level. Gorgeous clubs that perform very well.

Excellent customer service and support pre sales to get my spec just right. Clubs arrived in my house in Scotland 8 days from order and I was not disappointed when I opened the box managed to sneak 50 valls at the range today with them. Who's show whow

Being able to demo the clubs in an easy way was great! Going to a regular golf store and hitting off a mat for 10 swings is not the same as being able try clubs out for a few weeks. Placing an order from Ben Hogan golf for a new driver today after being able to try one out for 2 weeks. Great clubs - great heritage and great company! Keep it up

I like the business model of being able to keep a demo club for 14 days to hit and play with as much as I want, but in this case there was very poor communication and execution on behalf of the Ben Hogan golf company. After hearing about the PTX pro irons and watching the video on the Ben Hogan golf website about how the technology was built into the low, mid, and long irons I decided to order some of the PTX pro demo irons. I called customer service in an attempt to order the demos to only find that you can’t order them over the phone. You can only order them on the website. No huge deal for me, but it could be a huge deal for older golfers who are interested in demoing the clubs but don’t use the internet. I also found out that with the PTX pro iron demos you are only shipped a 9 iron and 6 iron with no chance of getting any other clubs. How do you boast about the different technology built into your short, mid, and long irons then not offer an opportunity to demo a long iron? Well, that’s what the Ben Hogan golf company expects. I still decided to order a set of the demos because I was intrigued by the clubs. I ordered them online and they were shipped to me quickly. I received them on 1/22/2020. I received an email from the Ben Hogan golf company on 1/24/2020 stating that according to the tracking number the demos were delivered. This was two days after I actually received the demo clubs. I then received an email from the Ben Hogan golf company on 1/27/2020 wanting me to leave a review on their service and equipment. Really? You want a review 5 days into a 14 day demo process? How can anyone give a fair, accurate, and thorough review before the demo process is even close to being complete? I then received two more emails on 2/3/2020 from the Ben Hogan golf company. One reminding me to leave a review, and one reminding me it was time to return the demo clubs. This was 2 days before my 14 days were up. The email didn’t state anything about what day the clubs had to be in the mail, but it was sure to mention that my credit card would be charged $250.00 if they weren’t shipped back on time. With the poor communication and lack of information in the emails I ended up shipping the demo clubs back early to avoid a $250.00 demo experience. It is now 02/12/2020 and I still have yet to received any email or communication of any type stating that they received the demo clubs back. I will definitely be holding onto my FedEx receipt and tracking information confirming the clubs were received by the Ben Hogan golf company. I am extremely disappointed in the service, execution, and communication of the Ben Hogan golf company. I expected much better.

Once again the support and service received from Ben Hogan first class on their demo program. Trailed the Driver and 4 and PTXPro Irons and I would in fact consider purchasing these but the trade up program is not available outside of the US.

The Fort Worth 15s White are by far the most beautiful iron I’ve ever purchased. I’m a Mizuno loyalist; however this set is something special and really well designed.

I made the purchase from the UK and after ordering the demonstration club's through to receiving a full set the service was very efficient an impressive. I would recommend it to any potential buyers.
