Jan 31,2020I was extremely pleased with my demo clubs. The VKTR hybrid and 22° forged utility felt no different than swinging top of the line tour preferred brands. Something about the Hogan brand makes it a bit more appealing to me as well. I like the fact that the quality is on par with any mass produced set, however, the brand itself is not a popular choice. The only thing I was displeased about was the fact that I was told that demo clubs cannot be sold. I do find this hard to believe because I own a few demo clubs from Golf Galaxy or PGA superstore. I really wanted to have a couple Hogan clubs in my bag, i just don’t have any need for brand new at this time. I did however want to sport a Hogan club.

Jan 31,2020I purchased a Ben Hogan Equalizer wedge, it came promptly and looks great. I have hit a few balls around the yard, and it seems really nice and has a terrific feel. Since it is January in Pennsylvania, I haven't had the chance to use it on a golf course, but I'm looking forward to that.

Jan 30,2020Great experience. Would have liked to kept the clubs a little longer as I made the mistake of demoing during the end of January and only had one or two days above 50, but wanted to get things moving in order to make a decision for spring. Spent a couple sessions on the range (heated booths) and walked 9 holes for a course experience. I demo'ed both the Fort Worth's and the PTX-Pro's due to a desire to possibly move from blades to a more forgiving club. Must say, the Ft. Worth clubs may have swayed that thought in the other direction. Great looking club and easy to hit. Distance difference was really minimal with the PTX-Pro's flying a bit farther and a little tighter grouping, but the feed back from mishits on the Ft. Worth's reminded me why I like blades. They seemed to fit my swing nicer with fewer fat hits on the course (a very wet course at the time). Also demo'ed the driver, 4 wood, hybrid, long iron and the Equalizers (50 and 56 degree). Not really in the market for any of these except the Equalizers, but must say the driver and 4 wood delivered some very nice results. The hybrid delivered as well but had a whistling sound when swung; very odd. The long iron (a 22 degree blade) matched well with the other irons with good flight and feedback. Even though the hybrid sounded funny to my ear, I would probably go with that over the iron because of its ease to hit.

Jan 30,2020I purchased a set of Ben Hogan PTX Pro blacks. I had them built to slightly non standard lengths, slightly larger midsized grips and soft stepped shafts. I entered these specs during checkout. In about 10 days I received the irons. They were built to the specs I requested. The clubs are magnificent, best I’ve ever had and they look so good.

Jan 30,2020I first got the Ft. worth irons/black. I was a little skeptical getting irons having not hit them. However, they offer an awesome demo program. After enough research I pulled the trigger and I couldn't be happier with my irons. The feel is indescribable, smooth as butter, and the look is even better. They seem to provide a lot more control with ball flight and shot shaping. I have slowly started building my Hogan set, got the wedges (50, 54, 58) and the BHB03 putter. You will not be disappointed. Hogangolf for life!
