Went on Tuesday and as i was leaving i was collared by a security guard who suggested I had pocketed something and left without paying. Didn't show any evidence to back up his statement and was very intimidating. I showed him the contents of my pockets - phone, glasses, wallet - and was treated with utter contempt. I won't be spending any more money here

I can print the email off and give this as a gift for my daughter's birthday.
