Jan 04,2023I had a email saying it had been picked so I phoned the store to ask if it was ready on the 27th has I live in Stoke , was told it would be a couple of days due to Christmas so I let the person know there was no need to take me. Two hours later had a email to say it was ready.

The reason I do this is the hole shopping experience from the pet store,the restaurant, the food hall, the quality & range of the plants but I have to admit my favourite time at bents has got to be Christmas magical. I also have to mention the staff who are always professional & always willing to help. That’s why I give 5 stars &I don’t give them very often.
