First they handled the sale of a house and then 2 months later they helped me purchase a new house. Jun 21,2023We used Emma to guide us through a difficult and protracted conveyance that went though 4 different purchasers over a period of 2 years, 3 withdrawing for different reasons. Very stressful as you might imagine. Emma remained calm and knowledgeable throughout and it was very reassuring to have such an experienced person manage the situation, and she was always a pleasure to talk to. The only hiccups were when we needed to talk with her when she was away and unobtainable, and we gather that this disadvantage of lone working has now been dealt with. Emma's in-depth knowledge of the intricacies of land law was very useful. We would strongly recommend Emma and Berlad Graham.
