Jun 11,2022Naz was very helpful and honest. We visited his showroom to choose beds for two of our bedrooms. There was plenty of choice on headboard styles as well as fabric. We were so impressed with the quality and choice on the flooring range, we ended up ordering the flooring for my daughter’s bedroom too. Will definitely go to Naz again when it’s time to update my bedroom. Thank you for a great service from start to finish.

Apr 12,2022Excellent experience from Bespoke Beds of Oakwood. Importantly, friendly local people. I downsized from king size to a double bed, so glad of the extra space it's given me. A fabulous hand made medium mattress with divan boasting 4 drawers. More storage space. HAND MADE IN YORKSHIRE It has always been important to me to support local trades and businesses. To know that has been extended to be made with all natural fillings within the West Yorkshire area pleases me. From order and deposit to delivery and set up, 4 weeks! Sooner than I could have expected. Removal of old bed was organised by the proprietor. I didn't have to worry about a thing. The best part? Sleeping on my nice, new, hand made mattress for me was the first sleep. Apr 01,2022The service provided by Bespoke Beds of Oakwood Ltd is excellent, through each stage of the process from buying to installation. The shop is well equipped with different quality mattresses and beds which customers are encouraged to try for suitability to their needs. Naz is knowledgeable about the products and is very professional; he offers advice and is very patient and understanding; and he appreciates the importance of purchasing the right product. Once I placed our order, I was able to arrange a delivery date and time to suit us. The bed was delivered and installed at exactly the time arranged. We are delighted with our new bed and I would recommend this shop without hesitation. The service was outstanding and the mattress and ottoman base are high quality and good value for money.

Mar 23,2022We ordered a bespoke ottoman base and headboard from Naz, and the entire process was handled very professionally, from the initial consultation through to delivery. Naz listens to what you want and doesn't try to sell you anything that you don't need. He sent updates regularly throughout the manufacturing process too, and my bed was delivered ahead of the scheduled time. Needless to say, we're very happy with the end product. I'd recommend this company to anyone.

Naz delivered the bed and even help to carried it up the stairs. A few days later called to make sure everything was good. Such a beautiful designed bed frame and comfy mattress. Nov 10,2021Scammers. 1st ask for bank transfer deposit upfront with no confirmation of order. Then deliver whenever they feel like instead of agreed day and time. Received wrong item and didn’t realise until opening of package. Contacted same day seller stopped responding. Contacted deliverer who gives number to another dodgy guy who says he’s owner. Agrees to exchange then disappears. After chasing says he will not exchange because he’s already paid third parties although he has proof of incorrect order received. I must now return bed and mattress to warehouse at my own expense + have 25% of order taken off of refund. Irresponsible. Liars. Thieves. Scammers.

Naz delivered the bed and put it together and even made sure after a couple of days that everything was all good. Such a comfy mattress and loved designing my headboard/base. Thank you Naz & team!

Jul 14,2021I bought a bed from Nas at bespoke beds of Oakwood and I am very happy with the outcome, before now i was using them £500 memory beds from Emma etc and they have terrible support for a tank like me weighing about 90kg. The bedi bought from Nas was worth about £1290 but had a far higher percieved value to me. Nas was great in dealing with me while following strict COVID procedures. would recommend to any one looking for an actual bed.

Jun 07,2021I achieved the best sleep ever in years since I bought my mattress. We are a satisfied returning customer as well, always happy with the quality of bed and mattress. Their mattress is so firm yet so soft, highly recommended especially to people suffering from back pains like me. The mattress I got really has given me an undisturbed good night sleep.
