Nov 30,2019I purchased a superb electric adjustable bed for my elderly Parent . It was a bit of an emergency and I was delighted it arrived very quickly . Everything about it has exceeded my expectations. The ordering process was very efficient and I was able to see and operate a similar one in the showroom to aid my decision . It was possible to choose from a large variety of fabrics and finishes . The mattress is waterproof with a removable cover and the adjustability of the bed is excellent together with the fitted side rails for safety and useful drawers . I had been concerned a bed of this type would look clinical but nothing of the sort , it is attractive and stylish .The delivery and installation was seamless. I am told the bed is extremely comfortable. First class product and service .

Nov 27,2019I had seen an idea of what I wanted in my new bedrooms to look like when I was looking around in a showhome. When I rang Bespoke Beds Of Oakwood they straightaway knew how they would help me achieve the look.The process from them coming to meet me and measure up the rooms and me picking my fabrics for the headboards and then the installation was all seamless. I love that the focus as a business for them isn’t in sales alone but building a strong relationship with the customer to understand what you need and ensuring you are very happy with the work they take pride in. I am very happy with my two bedrooms and all my friends and family have said they look like something you would find in a 4/5star hotel! Great quality materials and craftsmanship! Nov 02,2019Would highly recommend Bespoke Beds of Oakwood. Went there for a mattress and the array of options was explained well in the shop. Given plenty of opportunity to try out different mattresses in the store and ask questions. Their prices are extremely competitive and the quality was obvious. Delivery was prompt, under 2 weeks, and Naz was there to make sure everything went smoothly. After a fantastic nights sleep we received a courtesy call from them checking everything was ok. Would definitely return should we need another mattress in the future. Thanks very much,

The proprietor of Bespoke Beds of Oakwood could not have been more helpful. Our guests said that both beds were extremely comfortable and both couples stated that they had a brilliant night's sleep.

Oct 09,2019Excellent service. After ages trying to find the right bed to suit tried these guys and they sorted out the right package inside of half hour. Despite being bespoke price wasn't more expensive than other places we had visited and build quality was superior. Set it up myself inside of 20 mins, easy to put together and no exterior bolts showing looks very smart. Well satisfied with very friendly service, delivered in two weeks.

May 25,2019Last year we purchased an ottoman bed from here for our Son. I was highly impressed by the personal level of service and also the price and quality of the bed and mattress. Naz and his wife Shanaz really go the extra mile to ensure that their customers are happy. We returned recently to purchase a king size mattress for ourselves. I was astonished when walking in to the shop that Shanaz remembered me and the names of my family. She even noticed that I’d changed my car! I got a really good deal on a bespoke mattress and felt that she listened carefully to exactly what I was after and talked me through the various options. We’re extremely pleased with the workmanship/ quality of our new mattress. I would highly recommend Oakwood Bespoke Beds to anyone.

Apr 27,2019Found Bespoke Beds of Oakwood via a Google search as we needed a large bed base with two independent orthopaedic mattresses and wallboard to match which were not available as standard 'off the shelf' sizes and designs. I telephoned the store and discussed our requirements with Naz who produced and emailed drawings by return based on the design and dimensions I described. This was followed by a visit to the store to choose the fabric for the bed base and wallboard. From first contact to delivery of the bed and wallboard, both Naz and his wife and business partner, Shenaz, kept us updated with progress reports and delivery timeframes. The beds were delivered and set up ready to use, with all packaging taken away and we are absolutely delighted with them ...... so much so that following recent completion of our house refurb we went on to order a further three beds and wallboards which we are equally delighted with. We also recommended to friends who went on to place an order for their replacement bed. We would recommend BBOO to anyone looking for a quality product at a very competitive price - with the added bonus of a level of personal customer service very rarely found nowadays.
