May 18,2021From first going into the shop I was welcomed and was both told and shown various mattresses etc. I was very impressed and consequently ordered a mattress and was told it would be about two weeks to arrive. The delivery date was kept to and it was delivered to my home and I have to say I was very impressed with the service given; the staff were very courteous, both in the shop and on delivery, and I would like to thank them for making life a little easier for me.

Feb 12,2021After recently purchasing two double firm mattresses with the advise from shenaz, I then went on to buy a single bed for our very small box bedroom, Naz delivered and put the bed together, lovely bed but it was far too big for the box room. My sister spoke to Naz explained that I had not measured the room and of my own fault was disappointed. Naz told us the problem could be resolved, so he came to measure and advise us as what could be done, I'm happy to say i now have a fantastic bed that fits the room perfectly. Naz and Shenaz go above and beyond to satisfy their customers, I would recommend to everyone, I would not hesitate to go back again. I am one very very happy customer thankyou so much.😊

Dec 27,2020I found bespoke beds of Oakwood by searching online and saw that there was a lot of great reviews of made to measure mattresses. First consultation was so simple, I was told of the different options and what would be best for me. Was reassured that my order will come before Christmas despite not giving much notice from myself. Naz had been amazing through it all. I got my delivery on time and the mattress is really good quality too. Thank you for this stress-free experience. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

Dec 22,2020I had to come on and write a review as I’m so unbelievably pleased with the service Naz and the team provided. I contact Naz earlier in the year with something really specific in mind. He just got it straight away and sent me drawings and multiple fabrics to choose from. I was after a certain colour and texture and Naz went above and beyond to source something more like what I wanted. The communication has been amazing throughout, nothing has been too much trouble, and Naz and his team were at our new home on the day of completion to fit our super king size bed. We are so happy with it, it’s beautiful and just what we wanted. Thank you so much for everything.. guest bedroom next!

Oct 23,2020Excellent service from Naz when we went to order our bespoke bed to the delivery date which was spot on to what we were told. Naz came to our home to check our measurements and was very professional and knowledgeable. On delivery of our bed Naz came along and set up the bed,headboard and made sure which side of the mattress we’d prefer. Excellent quality of the bed base, headboard and especially our bespoke mattress. We highly recommend Bespoke beds of Oakwood

Oct 22,2020The proprietor, Naz, was very helpful and explained to me the type of bed which will best suit my requirements. He took his time and effort to show me the various categories and I eventually made my choice. It wasn't long when he called me to say the bed was completed and asked for a delivery date. Although I wasn't ready immediately for the delivery, he was patient and delivered the bed at a later date. He even arranged for the old bed to be collected by another company. I'm extremely pleased with his professionalism and expertise in providing an excellent bed which suits my needs. I will strongly Bespoke Beds of Oakwood in need of a good bed

Oct 09,2020Amazing family company, very friendly and always happy to help, bought a bed over a year and due to having funny shaped bedroom they made it to the size I wanted it, had my second delivery from this company yesterday which was made to size bunk beds and wow there Amazing, very strong and will not brake like the IKEA ones did, many thanks

The Proprietor of the shop is genuine and can’t do enough to help you and ensure you get exactly what you want. Nothing is too much trouble. If you want something to meet your exact requirements we would highly recommend. British made and nice to support a local business. Product is perfect and extremely comfortable.

A Bunk Bed was the item purchased but I feel we ended up with much more, as we now have the bed and a long lasting relationship with a Local Bed Business!! We needed some bunk beds for my children and as any parent we wanted them to be safe and good quality. I made a conscious decision not to go online as I have always found if something is too good to be true, it normally is and when buying something online have difficulties if the product isn't as you anticipated. With Naz and the bespoke beds team, I had the joy to speak to an individual, a local business man a person with his own family and most importantly a person who was intested in my needs and not the underlying profits of the company due to current market conditions. Naz spent his time to understand what we want,we visited his showroom where we could test the quality, he completed a site visit and once received he installed the bed for us. The whole experience was seamingless and now I feel better informed about what I have bought, with the confidence of knowing the quality of wood and mattress I have. As mentioned above I believe using a local business like Bespoke Beds means more than just buying a bed, its buying an experience with no headache. I will definatley be buying all my beds Bespoke Beds in the future. Thanks and well done 10/10 from me!

May 26,2021Had been recommended Bespoke Beds by my sister who had a gorgeous head board done a couple of years ago. Our late grandma left us some chairs and we wanted to re-cover them whilst keeping the sentimental value. I trusted Naz wholly with them and when asked to do the chairs, which are a little out of the ordinary for them, they didn’t disappoint! Chair looks AMAZING! Service so good and friendly, would use again and recommend in a heartbeat. They will be in our house for years and years to come! Thank you Naz and bespoke upholsterers!
