Tori from the Sales Progression Team was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient and put us at ease throughout the process. She also offered guidance on purchasing our property even though it was on the market with another agent. First class service from start to completion, would recommend to anyone considering a move.

When the rest of the chain where pulling there hair out we new exactly what was going on, Tory was confident, knowledgeable and very understanding nothing was to much trouble. B/W have a very young team who are always helpful and very professional. We lost our first purchasers and B/W said they could sell it again within 2weeks and they did. The people who came to view our property where all genuine as well nobody just wasting time. We definitely made the right choice my using BARMER& WILCOCK

Nov 16,2019We recently used Balmer Wilcock for their ‘let only’ landlord service, and having nothing but praise for them. After initially using another local agency for a month with no suitable perspective tenants, we decided to try Balmer Wilcock. I only wish we had gone with them from the start. Within 3 days of being on Rightmove we had 3 possible tenants to choose from. The photographer is brilliant, he took the time to take various shots showing the house from all angles. The ladies I have dealt with in the office have all been friendly, professional and informative. The communication has been excellent. I would highly recommend Balmer Wilcock to anyone looking to rent or sell property, fabulous service at a very competitive price.
