Nov 16,2019I’ve been working with BALMER WILCOCK over the last couple of years after being recommended by a friend who also works with them. Previously I was managing our properties over the last few years and found it very traumatic and stressful, since working with them I don’t need to worry about dealing with the tenants and collecting the rent, it’s all taken care of by a very professional and extremely friendly, efficient workforce, any issues I have had have been dealt with without any fuss. I would have no hesitation in recommending BALMER WILCOCK to any future landlord.

They handled all aspects of letting my house from screening tenants, to dealing with the legal aspects and making the necessary checks and inspections. The fees represented excellent value for money. When I decided to sell the property it was managed seamlessly by BW and after a few weeks of the house being on the market I took their advice to repaint the front door.
