Nov 15,2019We had used a different well known estate agent to sell our house and the house we were purchasing was for sale with Balmer Wilcox, when we ran into a few problems it was B &W who assisted us and got everything up and running again, without there help and expertise we would have been lost. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Nov 15,2019I believe that Balmor could have achieved more for my property had they not been new to the area . Also when I purchased in another area via Balmor they told lies to get the sale it has cost me dearly. Would I use or recommend them again NO.

Nov 15,2019Pushed us to hurry the sale of our own property through, when the property we was buying through Balmer Wilcock wasn’t even ready to purchase. Ended up without a home for a month and had to go into a hotel.

Nov 15,2019Balmer Wilcock were excellent throughout my house buying experience. The sales team were helpful without being pushy and were very efficient in arranging viewings at times to suit me. The purchase handling team were also very helpful once my offer had been accepted and assisted me to process my house purchase in 8 weeks. I found Balmer Wilcock professional and supportive at all stages of the process and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others. It’s no surprise to see them dominating the local house buying market!

Nov 15,2019Great Service, These guys were really fabulous to deal with all the way through our house move. Great survey with really flattering photos meant we sold in days. The photos are so professional, in my opinion the best around by miles These guys also found us our ideal home for life too. The service continued throughout the transactions as their progress chasers really pushed our pretty shabby solicitor's who felt like they would have been happy to let these transactions spin out for months and months. A special thanks to Tori, you are the best :). Adam and the team deserve nothing but praise from Sandra and I.

Nov 14,2019Straightforward, no nonsense approach from valuation to sale with easy access to staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. I was allocated a sales coordinator who not only acted as a link between myself and the buyer but smoothed out the numerous issues I had with my solicitors. I neede the sale to go through quickly and they ensured this happened. Well worth the slightly higher fees in my opinion.

Apr 08,2019I wouldn’t recommend this agent. No positive comments I’m sorry to say. No sale either. The above was my original review. However I believe the arrogant member of staff has now been removed, so I can safely say now you should have no reservations using this company. So I have changed my rating after a nice conversation with them.
