Nov 25,2020After reading reviews on here I was bit nervous placing an order. But glad I did ignore the reviews on here as they must be isolated incidents. I placed order on 15th nov had email to say one of my contacts needed be ordered in, which I was expecting to happen. Thinking then would be weeks of waiting, I was wrong 5 days later had email to say items dispatched and was delivered on 25th nov. Great company and responded to emails very fast. Will Defford be using them again as lot cheaper than buying at specsavers.

Oct 16,2020ordered 6 months supply. Upto 4 months everything was good. 5th month 2nd day lences were very nippy took them off gave a clean still uncomfortable. Had a close look and they were damage. Contacted company but no response! Had to bin full box due to unfit for purpose. Contact customer service but no response!

Aug 24,2020I have ordered three times from BestGaze. All with issues. 1st order delivery took a month to arrive. 2nd order cancelled as they kept saying they were awaiting parcel. 3rd order I repeated 2nd order.. Unfortunately it all got changed and I did not notice before I put the lenses on my eyes.. due to a page glitch I got the whole wrong prescription sent. Contacted BestGaze for return. They claimed I could not return or of I decide to do so it is all at my cost. Now I got a whole years worth of contacts I can't use.. and cant even sell.. I have lost a whole bunch of money.. and cant afford buying new ones. NEVER BUY FROM BESTGAZE. YOU WILL REGRET!!!

May 23,2020Ordered lenses and as they quoted, 8 business days later they arrived. Emails were answered quickly. Genuine cooper vision products. Was worried when I read other reviews. Not fast but the best price as long as you order in plenty of time.

May 05,2020although i never had to wait for longer then a week to get items in post and have good value pricing i find communication poor and promotional codes never worked for different excuses each time actually my last email has never been ansawrd why ididnt recieve 10 percent for 6 pk acuvue...

Dec 03,2019Bestgaze are an absolute joke - wish I’d read the reviews before I thought of ordering lenses from them. Order sated 5 days delivery and here we are 2 weeks later and still in transit.... I have to ask myself was it worth the £3.99 price difference between my usual UK based supplier, or the offshore Bestgaze.co.uk website?

Dec 01,2019I never like to give people bad reviews as I know mistakes can be made as we are all human.But please avoid this company at all costs, I made the mistake of looking for cheaper contact lenses and got these, it says up to 5 days delivery. They arrived after 3 weeks, they are the worst lenses ever. I ordered multi focal, and I can't read with them at all. I've had to put them in the bin as they are of no use to me at all. I don't know what they were but they were definitely not my prescription.please don't ruin your eyes for the sake of a few pounds. Stick to the UK. I e_ mailed the company and got no response from them at all. It was a very polite e-mail asking when I would receive my order but got nothing from them. Please be aware!!!

Nov 16,2019It's a scam . Do not use this site. I paid 64 pounds for contact lenses I never got. The delivery parcel track shows it never happened but they did not want to refund my money untill they received their parcel back??? Am I responsible for the loss of the item . SCAM

Sep 27,2019terrible. please avoid. ordered my contact lenses as was given a good price and promised delivery within 5 working days. Took > 3weeks for lenses to arrive and they are clearly defective. My vision is blurry and eyes irritated. Have ping-ponged emails to be told that I have to send back at my own cost and refund will be issued. No guarantee regarding refund so all at my own liability. Am so woshing I did not give bestgaze a chance and order a full 12 months' lenses now. Will stick to UK-based supplier from now on. PLEASE be warned!!!!

Aug 10,2019Do not use this company. The first time i ordered from them about a year ago they sent me the correct lenses and the lenses were fine. Recently i ordered from them and they sent me counterfeit lenses - the packaging looked almost identical to authentic high quality lenses, but there were subtle differences when you looked closer (including not having the correct engraving on the lenses) and more importantly the lenses were unwearable. DO NOT use this company. There are other online companies out there that do offer a good service - I have been using one for years and stupidly tried to change to this one to save a few pounds - read the reviews first.

Jun 01,2019Great price and that is where it has stopped for me. I couldn't wear the lenses as they gave me blurry vision and were extremely uncomfortable although all the specifications were correct and they were a good brand. I was asked to return them at my cost so they can investigate which would have cost me half the price of what I had paid for the lenses so I emailed them again which went unanswered. £27 in the bin now and the time I took shopping, emailing them, and writing this review so time to stop dealing with these guys now and going to a UK based company as I am running out of my Specsavers lenses :-)

Dec 17,2020Was a bit nervous ordering after reading reviews, but protected myself by paying with PayPal. Glad I did order though, the service was excellent, they kept me informed all the way along, and despite being a special order, still turned up in 9 days from Poland to UK, and final mile fulfilled by Parcel force. All at a third of the price of my local optician, and two thirds of the price of the cheapest UK supplier.
