Apr 24,2019The problem with Bestgaze is that no one provides you with a Parcelforce tracking order. I ordered my contact lenses a week ago and they have still not arrived (although it says the package was shipped the day I ordered them). So where are they??

Apr 05,2019New customer shop from London - purchased Acuvue 1-Day Define (90 lenses) I placed my order on 22 March and it shipped out on 25 March (promised 5 working days delivery) However, I've been waiting for 12 days (today is 5 April 2019), the parcel is still not delivered!! Wrong delivery information provided by customer service, lead to a stolen parcel investigation at my building. It cased a lot inconvenience for the security team because they parcel have never delivered. I don’t enjoy this shopping experience at all and very disappointed about the service since I had email before purchase. Will never recommend to ANYONE

Feb 05,2019If it were posssible to give a 0 star I would. They sent defective lenses then expected me to ship them back to them. Then they posted me someone else's glasses! With their full details in total breach of data protection. They will not provide me with their complaints procedure and they expect me to "guarantee" the return of the glasses to them. An utter joke. Do not use

Dec 13,2018Terrible customer experience. They claimed to ship within 24 hours but I ordered nine days ago and my order still hasn't shipped. When I complained to their customer service I received the same generic response back several times — "technical problems" — without any actual engagement with my query. Strongly advise against using this platform

Nov 14,2018I thought I would leave a review after being a customer of this site for years. I have never had any problems with them and their prices are the cheapest I've found on the internet. I recently had to cancel an order due to a prescription change and the refund was processed within 24 hours.

Nov 07,2018Bestgaze claim to send your item within 24 hours and that it will be with you in 3-5 working days. I bought my item seven days ago and they still haven't sent it yet, let alone me receiving it. The order page says it is 'waiting for product'. I would never have bought this product if I knew they didn't have it in stock, but of course they don't tell you that and take your money anyway. I complained to them over a day ago and have not received a response from them yet. Avoid!

Oct 23,2018I ordered my contact lenses on 13 Oct and received an email saying "waiting for product" on 15 Oct. I waited till today, 22 Oct, but I heard nothing so I emailed customer service because I couldn't track my order online, despite following the link in the email. After a few emails back and forth, they couldn't tell me anything about my order, when I will receive my lenses and kept saying it usually takes 1-7 days or 3 weeks!! After the third email they said once we receive your lenses it'll (again) take 1-7 days or 3 weeks to be delivered. I have now canceled the order as this service is appalling and I will run out of my contact lenses in 1 weeks so I purchased them from another supplier. I am now waiting for my refund.

On the website it does not show anything regarding stock. completed my order on the 13th and the next day got an email regarding "waiting for a product", ok I thought leave it a few days check today and the same "waiting for a product". If I knew this I wouldnt have purchased. I have requested a refund. AVOID.

Aug 16,2018Everything as expected. The prices were much better than buying in the UK and the goods came as expected. They took less than one week to arrive. I also had to change my order slightly and got in contact with customer services just after I'd placed my order. They got back to me within a couple of hours and dealt with my request quickly and courteously. I was slightly apprehensive because of the bad reviews, but everything was plain sailing for me.

Aug 01,2018Very poor service. Sent the wrong lenses (yes I checked the order sheet sent with the wrong lenses. They then wanted me to wait in while their courier collected the wrong lenses - for a £30 order. They also failed to include any of the three lens cases ordered. Shops elsewhere or be prepared for hassle.

Jul 02,2018Ordered my Air Optix Aqua as the price was decent. We’re sent from abroad which I will bought was weird for a .co.uk site! Also 5 out of the 6 lenses in the box were virtually dry as the seal had been broken!! Also unusual was there were no markings on the lenses themselves. No reply to emails either. Won’t be ordering again!!

Jul 02,2018Poor Customer Service Ordered the wrong strength of lens. +5.75 instead of -5.75. Even though I had ordered from them before. By their last communication, which has been excellent throughout, they are trying to locate a set of free correct prescription. You can't argue with that service.

May 02,2018Don’t order. I waited over 10 days, nothing, no communication, then when I contacted them they said they were waiting for my lenses. Cheap but you get what you pay for I suppose. Now waiting for my refund. 😠

Mar 06,2018Was dubious when buying contact lenses off this website - but they came so i was really happy. The brand i use is a big brand - so i wasnt worried if the product was good or bad quality or not. They came from poland i beleive so - but came within 7 days. Really cheap and good quality! High reccomend!

May 21,2019I was very pleased with the service I received from Bestgaze! My lenses were shipped the day after I ordered them, and despite reading the terrible reviews, I did receive a tracking number (but only after I requested one). Considering the fact that I live in the UK, they arrived within a week. The price of my lenses were the cheapest I have found online.
