Awful service from this company. I ordered a case of beer for a Xmas present. I received an email saying it would be delivered within 2-3 working days. A full 7 days later I received an email saying that they couldn't deliver to the Isle of Wight because of extra transport costs unless I paid another £5. I cancelled the order and took my custom elsewhere. If they had any concern for customer service they should have realised that they had left it too long before informing me and absorbed the cost themselves and delivered it with an apology for the delay.
Ordered the Christmas beer advent calendar in September 16 for delivery in November 16. Had conformation that my order was shipped on next day delivery. For some reason my order was delayed for 24 hours, without any reason or email from Best of British Beer. I sent a couple of emails to them and they finally answered my email six days later, with a lame excuse that they have been busy. Poor customer service.

Oct 01,2020Ordered a pack of beer for a present - sadly one bottle was smashed in transit, Initially i was niggled they did not answer my emails so went through paypal resolution centre - instantly I received a call from a friendly lady who was very apologetic and it turned out there was a mixup with the email address i had taken from paypal. offered to replace the smashed bottle and gift box which arrived the very next day. Now considering ordering another it's so nice !
