I went into the process "knowing" I would be rejected because of my debt-to-income ratio, but Anthony explained my situation to the underwriters and was able to negotiate a plan that will allow me to finally be out from under the credit card companies and the outrageous interest games they play, allowing me to make a real monthly budget and breathe again! Mar 18,2025I had a great experience today with an agent named Aaron Lyles. He was very professional, transparent, and knowledgeable of the whole process. He answered all my concerns and questions to my satisfaction. I felt at times that I was bugging him some unrelated but with some possible side effects with the current stock market. His patient and honesty was prevalent in his responses. One of the best experiences I have had in a long time. I said to myself, "this company has a gem in their hands"! Thanks, David

Mar 15,2025Ketch couldn't have been nicer and explained everything clearly. He stopped often to ask if I understood a section and asked if i had any questions often. He would tell me when he had to put me on hold. When he had to transfer me, he would tell me the name of the person i would be speaking to and would introduce me to that person. A wonderful experience to reduce my debt!
