Mar 13,2025I spoke with Robert Bonner who helped me make the decision to use this company's resources. He was patient but never pushy. No over sell, yet answered all day f my questions honestly. When I made the decision to move forward he helped me get all of the paperwork ready and helped me through the whole process.. Great sense of humor and very polite. Better call Robert!!!

He speaks slow and clear making sure I fully understand everything and answers all of my questions. Every step of the way so far, Niko has been there for me any time i called or emailed him. Niko has saved me a lot of money and very excited to be paying towards the actual balanced and not all the interest that has accumulated for nearly 10 years now. He has saved me in my time of need and gave me hope when i didn’t have much left. I’ve never been this humbled and excited and it’s motivated me so much and can’t wait to finally be debt free! Mar 06,2025Austin Cuicchi ranks up there in the top percentage of agents in the industry. Any industry, really. Considering I went through two competitor's systems prior to this, and my experience was sub-par, to say the least, this experience with BDShas been forthcoming and, surpringly, almost enjoyable. Overwhelming debt is not where I ever tgought I would be, so, to talk about the subject, even with my family, is uncomfortable at best. Austin seemed to put me at ease, reassuring me that I am not alone, and of the company's confidence in 3rd party negotiations. He transitioned that bad taste in my mouth into something like ice cream, or movie butter popcorn, maybe even Oreos dipped in cold milk. I can see light at the end of the tunnel. I feel I can finally manage the situation. It will be nice to begin planning for things outside of paying monthly interest payments that don't reduce my debt, yet promise to leave my wallet empty. To think I was about to sign a SECURED loan at 32% with my car as collateral from those sharks at One Main Financial just to consolidate debt. They should call themselves Worse Debt Solutions as they do business opposite from Betterdebtsolutions.com. There's hope for Humanity. Give Austin a promotion over your Agents, they need to model him. Cheers.

Mar 01,2025Anthony was wonderful. Trying to explain in redneck or simple is very hard for most. But he out did it. I asked lots of dumb and crazy questions. And even sometimes 3 times. But he was patient and helped in every way possible. Thank u for his outstanding help. If he wasn't so patient with me. I probably would have hung up. I appreciate his help.
