Feb 14,2025Austin Cuicchi has been extremely professional and helpful on every call I have had with him. He has been very clear with what the process is and quickly answered all of my questions. I have debt that I have had a hard time handling which has affected my credit score negatively. Better Debt Solutions has an easy process that is going to help me get out of debt within 24 months with extremely low payments. I also do not have to deal with multiple creditors anymore as Better Debt Solutions handles all of that. This is going to be life-changing for me and I am thrilled to be on the way to financial freedom and a better credit score. Austin has great energy and I am happy to be working with him through the end of this process.

Feb 08,2025Bait and Switch The Company said that if I provided confidential information over the phone, they would be able to provide a personal loan, in some amount, if not the sum I had requested. I provided all of the information, fully and accurately. The customer relations person said he had to contact underwriting. He returned with their offer. He said good news; "I got you your number." Then he proceeded to describe the operation of a completely different funding program, which would leave me with ruined credit for six to eight years. I would also lose access to credit from any of the credit card lenders. The company would make out like bandits, however. They would negotiate lower sums than the outstanding balances, but they would immediately cancel the cards. I would be barred from talking to the lenders. And I would pay about 43% of my current payments, for 5 years, to pay off the credit cards and the Company's undisclosed fees. So, lose your credit, enrich these clowns, and lose control over your fiscal life, while paying off the debt on their terms. They wouldn't tell me the new interest rate on their debt because they couldn't. But it was closer to 50% than to their originally quoted 5.99% apr. They baited, then switched. All the while pretending that the switch was really as good as the bait, and why don't I get started now. Take it and be worry free. Bogus move. Fear that most people would be conned into this program, and face nearly as much ruin as if considering advice on bankruptcy. I would never suggest that anyone waste their time with these shady characters.
