The image loader is still not working after 2 weeks,and without it there really is no reason for being on this website
My website is still not active, over a week since my payment was confirmed. As a loyal customer who has been with Betterphoto since it's inception, I'm disappointed with service this year, especially in light of the price.
i agree completely with Audrey. The main website and my personal site have been down since Sunday. Betterphoto has made no effort to email anyone about the problem. I have found no reliable phonenumber to contact them. Emails have been unanswered. This site and my own website have now been off line almost 80 hours. Today Friday, Feb 21: at 6:30 AM CST I did receive a personal email from BetterPhoto contacting me and apologizing about the problem and indicated their efforts to resolve it.
The website speaks for itself. I’ve been here over 20 years. I don’t hang with junk.

Love the site but the price has doubled in the last few years. It's approaching cost-prohibitive. Other sites that do much the same thing cost 25% less than betterphoto.com.
I’ve been a member for over 20 years and I had the two for one special for so long. To have a jump up to 169 for one year was a bit of a shock. The side is a little hard to navigate as well. But I put a lot of effort into it and I don’t feel like starting over-. We’ll see how it goes.

I have had a BetterPhoto website for 14 years. I had a hard time communicating with Betterphoto when I accidently let my website expire. I only wish they had a phone number you could call as I was not getting all the emails in a timely fashion. Hopefully this issue is now being resolved and the website will be up and running soon. Update: Issue was resolved and grateful for their ability to retrieve my images. Thanks.
