Jul 16,2021I was very impressed at the quality of the space, and the fact that safe, secure valet bike parking was provided in the centre of London at such reasonable rates. The staff were very friendly and efficient, too. It was great to be able to go out for they day with the peace of mind knowing that my bike was not going to be missing when I return.

Jul 16,2021An excellent service, efficient, central, and friendly. Will be even better when showers/changing rooms/maintenance etc are set up. I suggest lockers for kit also? A great initiative and one I will certainly use again, hope to see them in more locations.

Jul 13,2021Simple, well located, secure and friendly. Seems like an obvious solution to being able to use a more valuable bike to visit the West End without the constant fear of theft. Cost is barely more than a return tube fair or 30mins onstreet car parking in Westminster. Also nice that staff all seem to be keen cyclists too. The peace of mind is almost priceless.

Jul 12,2021I had to repair a puncture, the guys have been very kind with me, especially Sandra with whom I had a nice chat, but unfortunately the puncture was not repaired and I had to stop to a new bike repair to fix it again after few minutes of cycling, so I can’t give full starts to the service.

Jul 06,2021This is a necessary service for the many more cyclists on the roads since this pandemic started. It will encourage more people to cycle if they know their bikes will be safely guarded. I hope to see more Bike-Drop shops opening across London in places like Soho,Borough Market… If you need to walk too much this will not work so it all depends on their ability to be located where they are needed. Best of luck, this initiative deserves to succeed!

Aug 02,2021It was really easy to use. You pre-book the drop-off (can be one or multiple days) and then take your bike there. The staff scan the QR code and then take your bike. They send you a text message which you reply to when you're on your way back to pick up your bike. Really easy to use and would recommend for anyone who gets anxiety when they lock up their bike in central London.
