Nov 09,2020Friendly in store service...but booking the bike in was a bit cumbersome as I needed to complete my details twice (once to register the bike and once to pay the invoice by credit card) both times I visited. It would better if customer and payment details could be stored to make drop off easier.

This is a great concept and so original. Thank you Bike-Drop Team for making our lives easier in an otherwise stressful times..

Nov 02,2020Bike Drop is an amazing addition to London! My husband and I can now ride our e-bikes to Mayfair and surrounding areas, and know our bikes will be SAFE and secure. This is such a wonderful option to riding public transportation during Covid. I would NEVER leave my bike unattended prior to using Bike Drop, as so many friends have had their bikes stolen. Thank you for opening and providing such a great service! Well done, Bike Drop!
