It’s nice to know there are still companies and the people who run them that are honest and truthful! Ordered a pair of crash bars for a St1300 and they are exactly what Bike-Quip advertised them to be. Steve made sure he kept me up to date with the shipping and when they were to arrive! That’s very reassuring when you are ordering something from another country. They fit great and look fantastic! Check out Bike-Quip.com if you have a ST1100 or 1300. Excellent all round service, the parts arrived as described with complete installation requirements in a timely manner. Even with the currency exchange from Canadian/Pounds I'm happy with the price/availability of parts hard to find here in Eastern Canada. Consider me a repeat customer should any other parts be of need.

I visited Steve recently and used his "ride in ride out" service to repair my faulty electric screen on my Pan European. Steve made me very welcome and his charming wife made me copious amount of hot drinks I was even offered a sandwich!. Steve removed the faulty screen mechanism and diligently repaired the mechanism with the parts he had manufactured, not only did he take the time to carry out a professionally repair, he explained each stage to the point that in my mind, I now think I'm an expert. A great service from Steve a very knowledgeable man. The whole process was completed in about one and a half hours at a fraction of the cost of buying an OE Honda part.

I was among the first investors in the ST1300 windshield 'fix'. Steve kept me (us) up to date on what he was doing and was very responsive. Being in Canada I might have been a little apprehensive with this kind of dealing overseas. But I put my trust in Steve and BikeQuip and would whole heartedly do it again. Responsive and true to his word.

I don't often write reviews but the superior service from Steve at Bikequip needs acknowledging. I ordered a screen, dashmount, riser, pannier reflector kit, frame protector kit and horn to be sent to New Zealand. They arrived unmarked having been extremely well packaged. Freight price very fair. I could not fault the quality of the parts. The emails received from Steve during the order stage were helpful and informative including several photo's. I have just confirmed another parts order for an ST I have in the USA. Definitely 5 Star service that was appreciated!
