Sep 29,2023The St1300 screen repair kit is a fit and forgot product. The machining of the parts is sublime and easy to fit thanks to the website video. It's very refreshing to see that there are guys out there who look at a problem and say i can instead of putting in the bin. We live in a throw away society so it's great to have someone like Steve who seen a problem and i can. Well done that man.

Sep 26,2023Ordered the crash bars, 20'' ex wide windscreen, front fender extender, rear shock protector, screen mech repair kit and som other minor stuff to my ST1300. Top quality products, good communications upfront, very well packaged and quickly delivered. The windsceen is a lot better the the original. Nothing to complain about - highly recommended.

Sep 06,2023Second item bought from bike-quip, bought crash bars few weeks ago, very pleased with them, fortunately haven’t had to test them out. Ordered bike risers yesterday, arrived today, very impressed with quality, shame most of craftsmanship is hidden once fitted. Instructions for fitting were spot on, thought the two fiddly nuts and washers were a bit of a challenge, I used a couple of tiny bits of bluetac to secure nut and washer to ring spanner, fairly easy once I worked this out, took about 40 minutes. Next item will be a new windscreen once funds sorted

Jul 19,2023It's the little things that make a difference. Headlight protector and swingarm/shock protector are some if those little things. Headlight protector is well made out of good quality materials and the swingarm /shock protector is just the shot. A 5min job to install either of them and the swingarm is definitely easier next time you have the wheel out. Thankyou again for some simple well made upgrades delivered to West Oz.

Jul 10,2023I purchased the ST1300 Extra wide 21" tall windshield. It was delivered very quickly and well packaged. It amazed me how much better the wind was deflected. In the lowest screen setting the wind turbulence was at the top of my crash helmet whereas with the OEM screen the wind was hitting my neck. Also my shoulders are free of wind turbulence with the extra wide screen. i am 5ft 8" tall so the improvement of wind protection for me is incredible. The windshield is a little taller than stock and the top is 'flipped up' to direct air up over the rider's head. It works very well but there is some distortion where the acrylic curves up. Above and below the small amount of distortion the wind shield is clear. I should have bought one of these screens years ago. I would recommend this windshield as it is better than the original.

Jul 09,2023Great service from Steve - communications are really, really quick - highly knowledgeable and great service. Screen arrived in Sweden, inside 4 days - with no issues what so ever. Taxes where are at an acceptable level. Cannot recommend Bike-Quip highly enough! 1 year later - screen is still going well, no problems with fittings over time or anything coming lose. Still highly recommended - still say Bike-Quip is the best!

Sep 30,2023I bought the 21" gray. Here is the good part, it does help with the turbulence behind my head because it deflects the wind higher over my head. However, it did not help my wife it seemed to move the turbulence to the back of her head while riding with me with the screen lowered. She needed to get very close to me to alleviate it. It did much better with the screen up. When riding in the rain for 4 plus hours at a steady speed of about 70 mph we did not get wet at all with the screen up. The not-so-good, although the visibility of the screen, even with the distortion during normal dry riding is okay, not so much when it rains. I really struggled to be able to see through the screen, I had to lower it below my eye level on most occasions to be able to see. On another note, one thing I was able to do with the stock screen was that during rainy rides, I could lower the screen enough to channel the wind toward my helmet visor to clear the water drops from it. With the 21" screen I couldn't do that because the wind never hit my face, always above my head. Hence I decided to purchase the 20" clear. Unfortunately, they do not allow returns or exchanges if you mount the screen on your bike since it may leave mounting marks. There is no other way to find out if it will work for you if you do not mount it and take it for a ride. Nevertheless, I still like the product, it does solve the turbulence behind my head while the screen is up. To the point of purchasing another one. This one will be 20" clear. I will report after I test it. Hopefully, I will be able to sell the 21" gray to offset the extra expense.
