Sep 14,2021I love working with Billo! Very awesome team! One thing I may have a concern about is for the clients descriptions on the jobs. The jobs description I follow, but then when I turn it in, the client will reach back and decides last minute for something else to put in the video which sometimes can be difficult. So I would like for the clients to add the complete detail of what they want so that I can film and turn in all at once😊. Other than that I love Billo😊

Sep 14,2021I’ve been working with them for about 5-6 months now and they have done a pretty good job at attending to their creators needs while updating and creating the app itself. They receive feedback well and make changes accordingly. The app and its developers/employees is still pretty new and growing. But they’re doing great so far

They are constantly making great updates and improvements on the app to make it more user friendly and easy to navigate. The customer support is always kind and friendly. I love that I now have something I can manage to bring in extra income with my busy schedule as a mom. The payouts are great and the reward of free product is just the icing on the cake!!! The only thing I wish I could see is the ability to reject a task. I’m OCD and it drives my mind crazy to see all the option to claim that do not fit what I can do. Thank you all for everything

Sep 14,2021This app has been a lifesaver for me! It has helped me tie some loose ends financially many times. The only issue I would have is keeping at the income consist rate. Also there needs to be more control on the brands and how they interact with the creators. There’s been many instances where some brands just didn’t have any respect for the process. I did three edits on their video, and in the end they decided to request a refund. It’s a waste of time to work with a brand that is not working well with the creator. There’s nothing on the app that controls the brands in the number of edits they request.

I loved that the platform allowed you to really detail and communicate the goals of the video you want created. I will definitely be using Billo again for more videos. Highly recommend.
