May 21,2021Great experience! I had my choice of 38 different creators. I narrowed it down to a few and then chose one. Billo gives creators only a few days to make the video after shipment has arrived, so I had a video within days after the creator received my package - even with my requested edits. This is a great service for small businesses with a small marketing budget. I only wish I was able to communicate with the creators more, and make sure they had what they needed to do my video (I needed them to have plant cuttings), but for the price I think Billo is still worth it.

May 20,2021Its a good experience out of the first 3 creators I hired. The first two was easy and seamless, but the 3rd creator had so many issues that I ended up waiting more than a month and still unable to do the task. When reaching out for customer service they were able to help and refund my money from the 3rd task. So I am able to hire another one. What I just find inconvinient is that there is no way that I can reach or message the creator. If you have any issue or something I have ti always go thru a third person from the company...which causing alot of delay due to communication barrier. I wish there is a in-app messaging that the your company and the creator can use to communicate. If they are afraid of anything for not giving the creatoes details.. they could atleast set some sort of guidelines. Over all, I will use the app to get creators for my brand due to convinience...esp for me who still have a part-time job and dont have time to create videos.

May 20,2021The app is pretty simple to use. Shortly after I submitted my job description on board, a bunch of influencers applied to my gig! I liked the part that I get to choose who I wanted to hire to do the video. Their staff are also pretty responsive. I would give it a five stars rating, but my influencer took forever time to record the video.
