However, I have since followed the advice of the Birkateylon employee that responded to my post on how properly clean the ring, and I am quite satisfied with the results. Now that I can see the quality of your companies work I changed my review to a 3star because it is a very nice piece and the company was responsive to my concerns. The system in place sends a follow up email to confirm your order. You have to respond to this follow up email to have your order processed. The payment is taken but the order is not considered placed with out this email confirmed. Do to this this gift was not present for the event and I look like a gigantic rear end. This review system is sensitive to certain words so I can not fully express my feelings on the matter.
