Dec 05,2019Very nice and professional to work with. A copy of the ring I chose is beautiful. Both my husband and I have been dealing with some health issues. Consequently, we have not been able to get to the post office to return the copy but Birkat Elyon has not bothered us with annoying phone calls or emails. I’m looking forward to receiving my ring and I will order from them again.

Nov 30,2019The pieces I received are absolutely gorgeous. Would highly recommend this company to substitute your finer jewelry for travel. I wish they were a bit quicker to respond to emails but that is the only mini complaint.

Nov 30,2019I received my ring 5 months ago and it’s already trash. 2 jewels already fell out and that’s not with daily wear. I cleaned with the recommended ultrasonic cleaner and that was the only time the cloudy jewels would sparkle... temporarily. It was such a beautiful ring when I first opened the box, but now I’m definitely regretting this purchase

Dec 18,2019My husband bought my ring 3 years ago. I was so happy with it. Just recently I have noticed that there are scratches on the solitaire and it is very dull. I clean it and care for it always and it will shine for about a day. I will admit that I do not always take my ring off before I wash my hands, say in a public place, because really, I am not trying to have my ring stolen or worse that I will forget it on the counter. The smaller stones look fantastic still but my 3 caret looks terrible. I would not ever recommend. Also, right after we purchased the ring and I put it on it was too big. I went to a jeweler and actually got sized for the ring prior to ordering. So, we e-mailed to company multiple time about sending it back to get it resized.... nothing no reply.... after about 3 or 4 e-mails we stopped trying. So, no I would not ever recommend this company or their products.
