May 10,2019Even though communication is the cornerstone of a good reliable business, they did come through with my order of a 3 stone 14k white gold ring. After I ordered I began reading through the customer ratings and it was then I began to worry! I sent a few emails with no response and my worry level began to go through the roof. I ordered my ring on 4/18/19 and received it yesterday 5/8/2019. Not bad if it was made to order! An email was sent on 5/5 to let me know it was shipping. Regardless of the poor reviews I would recommend ordering from this company if you have the patience to wait for something truly exquisite and less expensive than real diamonds. I have set this new ring next to my other CZs and there is no comparison Birkat Elyon CZs are a higher quality than many others I have purchased. I will be ordering again from them as I am truly satisfied with my purchase.
