It was a beautiful ring, however I wanted something that sat more flat - and this style was very high off my finger. I have had a Stone come out and the repair process was speedy and return shipping was free and there was no charge for the repair. Awesome customer service, I will buy from them again.

Mar 01,2019I ordered a ring in April of 2018. Took a bit to get, but was willing to wait. Three weeks later, a stone fell out. I returned it for repair and again, it took weeks to have it returned. Fast forward to a month ago, I have again had a stone fall out and I returned it again. I have not had any communication with the staff. I have called and sent emails requesting a time frame and no response. I just want my ring back.

Feb 22,2019Because of the average quality I decided to return the ring to the company. They have an absurd $25.00 restocking fee and offered no free UPS label on return item. I do not recommend doing business with them because it cost me over $50.00 for absolutely nothing and worse you have to call to get them credit the refund amount back to your credit card. Overall they absolutely have no consumer business practice.

Was under $800.... A real diamond that size would of cost in the thousands. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Shipping was 2 day just as Rebecca had promised. Also, I originally ordered a rose gold ring, and to ensure customer satisfaction, the option was presented to send a white gold in stock ring first to me to make sure that I was happy with the style and fit before the custom ring was produced. I decided to keep the white gold version, and the customer service provided to make that swap was efficient. I will never go to a jewelry brick and mortar store again (unless Birkat creates one).
