Jan 11,2022The order took ages to get from Edinburgh to Glasgow and I was sent a broken Xmas ornament and the wrong color hair claw. Everything was easy to return or exchange at the Glasgow shop luckily, but maybe the holiday rush made things a little haphazard. Also, really wished click and collect was an option for items from Edinburgh to pick up in Glasgow. Surely, someone must go between the shops regularly?

Jan 09,2022The items arrived really quickly and very nicely packaged, my only criticism is that the trousers purchased were too big they arrived on the 31st December and the latest date to return the item is the 9th January and I have only just noticed this so I am unable to return them.

Jan 08,2022Very pleased with your service! I ordered a Scotch and Soda denim shirt in the sale. It came in a couple of days. Turned out to be too big, so re-rdered the same day for the small. This was on 30th December and it arrived the very next day! Although I had no snazzy NY party to attend, I was very impressed you went to so much effort to get it to me in such a quick turnaround! (However, still waiting a week later for my refund on the larger top!I know it will come though)

My jumper was beautifully packaged and arrived super quick but it was the wrong size - my mistake, I bought what would normally be the right size but, in this case, I needed to downsize. I returned, bought the size down. Replacement arrived very quickly and refund was effected equally quickly. The jumper itself is fabulous - super soft, cosy and suits / fits perfectly. I will visit the store when in Edinburgh
