Dec 04,2024Lovely candle set from Plum & Ashby arrived promptly and well packaged. I have tried calling the telephone number listed a number of times to enquire about an item and have only ever got an answering machine. Would be good to be able to speak with someone but appreciate shop is probably very busy at this time of year!

Nov 21,2024It’s two weeks since this company acknowledged receipt of a returned item, but they have still not refunded me (almost £400). When most other retailers now refund promptly, there’s just no excuse. Not impressed at all and will not shop here again: first and last time!

Jul 19,2024I ordered two items which were sent out unchecked. Both items were faulty - one even had been cut through with scissors so I alerted Biscuit and sent the items back. I paid for postage but they will not reimburse me for this. The items should never have been sent but I am the one who had to deal with the cost and hassle of the return.
